Please meet:

Conor Anderson: Associate

Conor is skilled in SPSS, Excel, and presentation software and applies his statistical and data management skills to client projects. He conducts best practice research for our clients and keeps us current on governance developments and policies. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in Psychology and Economics.

Sara Finesilver: Senior Associate

Sara is experienced in designing evaluation tools, methods, and data analysis techniques. She helps us convert data into information that is meaningful and useful for our clients. She also effectively facilitates group meetings for our clients. Sara has a BA in Psychology from Lake Forest College and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.

Jill Folk: Executive Assistant to David Nygren, PhD

Jill is our chief quality control person and client liaison. In her role as an Executive Assistant, she handles all logistics and coordination of client deliverables and meetings. She is primarily responsible for our smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
