He conducts best practice research for our clients and keeps us current on governance developments and policies. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in Psychology and Economics. |

Leslay ChoyLeslay is experienced in the executive search process and supports our clients by effectively managing the communications strategy and search firm relations. Leslay has an MA in International Relations from Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and a BA from California State University, Chico, in International Relations and French with a minor in Spanish. |

She also effectively facilitates group meetings for our clients. Sara has a BA in Psychology from Lake Forest College and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. |
